Diabetes Self-Management Programs
This program was developed by the Stanford School of Medicine for people with type 2 diabetes, to complement your current medical treatment. This six-week program will teach you ways to regain control of your life through self-management techniques.

Diabetes Support for Tykes & Tweens
In this support group, parents and kids with diabetes (up to age 12) share and learn new ways to overcome obstacles and be successful in school, sports and play.
