St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is the only not-for-profit, religiously sponsored hospital system in southern Nevada. Our operating margins go right back into our hospitals (and the community) to help us respond to the area's health care needs. St. Rose offers an array of medical services including 24-hour ERs, a full range of surgical services, Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Centers, Headache Program and Joint Replacement Units, an accredited Chest Pain Center and more.
