NICU 2012 Reunion

St. Rose Dominican Hospitals held its second-annual NICU reunion May 2012. This event gives parents of NICU babies a chance to interact with NICU nurses and staff post discharge. It was great to see so many of our babies at this event and to see them thriving and growing! 

New Hospital Tower & Parking Garage

Rose Regatta 2012 - October 13, 2012

Join St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and paddle for a purpose at the fourth annual Rose Regatta at Lake Las Vegas. All proceeds benefit St. Rose’s Red Rose program for uninsured and underinsured women and men with breast cancer. This event is free and open to the public.

NICU Tour

St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Siena and San Martín Campuses each has Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to care for our tiniest patients. Our video tour of the NICU will help new parents and caregivers become acquainted with the unit, as well as the processes and equipment used in the care of your baby.

Breastfeeding is one of the greatest gifts you can give your new baby. At St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, we understand that sometimes breastfeeding can be challenging. We have developed this video to help answer some of the most common questions, and to help you be successful with breastfeeding your new baby.

Hand Expressing

Breastfeeding is one of the greatest gifts you can give your new baby. At St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, we understand that sometimes breastfeeding can be challenging, especially when your baby is in the NICU. We encourage mothers to pump their milk for use in the NICU. However, hand expressing is also needed to ensure your milk supply. We have developed this video to help answer your questions and show you how to hand express.

Safe Formula

At St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, we understand that not everyone chooses to breastfeed their baby. To ensure safe formula feeds, we have developed this instructional video to help parents and caregivers learn how to properly prepare a formula bottle, as well as how to sterilize equipment.
