St. Rose Hosts Tea Party
(HENDERSON, NV, April 1, 2008) - St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and the Barbara Greenspun WomensCare Center of Excellence in southwest Las Vegas will host the 5th annual Celebrating Motherhood Tea Party on Saturday, April 26, from 3 - 4:30 p.m., in the Healing Garden at the San Martín Campus with proceeds benefiting the Living Grace Home for Pregnant Teens.
"Our annual Celebrating Motherhood Tea has become increasingly popular over the past five years," said Rod Davis, president, St. Rose Dominican Hospitals. "Mother's Day is just around the corner, and this tea gives mothers, daughters, grandmothers and mothers-to-be the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon relaxing and celebrating."
"The Celebrating Motherhood Tea is another way that our WomensCare Centers help moms celebrate the journey of motherhood - through pregnancy, delivery, new baby and parenting," said Holly Lyman, Director of the Barbara Greenspun WomensCare Centers of Excellence. "Attendees are encouraged to wear floral dresses and hats to this festive event, and proceeds from the $15 entry fee will benefit the Living Grace Home for Pregnant Teens."
