Hospital Admission - What to Expect At "In Person" Registration
- You will be asked to sign the required Condition of Admission/Treatment form. Parents or legal guardians must sign for children under 18.
- You will receive information regarding your rights and responsibilities as a patient and questions regarding payment. These questions will give us information to help make your stay and discharge more efficient and worry-free.
